RM receiving and cleaning process——Grinding process——Mixing process——Pelletizing and cooling process ——Auxiliary process

Full process flow including automatic batching system etc. is displayed on computer screen. It can monitor every single machine and fulfill intelligent control. All setting data and working report of whole line is memorized in the computer and automatic backup.

The line adopts bead shape hammer mill, high efficient double shaft mixer, pulse filter dust collector etc. with advanced process flow.

Automatic packing machine adopts TOLEDO weighing sensor with PLC system.
The line is built with steel framework, easy installation.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: 30 % T/T in advance & 70% T/T before shipment or 100% L/C at sight
