The ELT-20000S is a commercial single stage incubator that sets one batch of 20000 chicken eggs per cycle. It is built for hatcheries that work in hot, dusty places with unstable power and need a stable hatch rate with little supervision.
Commercial hatcheries lose money when eggs fail to hatch. In many regions the power supply swings between 220V, 110V and 380V, dust and heat wear out heaters and fans, and workers cannot watch the machine around the clock. The result is uneven temperature, low hatch rates and costly downtime.
Many low cost incubators use one fixed voltage, a thin resistance wire heater and a light duty fan. When voltage drops the heater weakens, when dust builds up the fan overheats, and when ambient temperature rises the inside temperature drifts. Every one of these faults lowers embryo survival.
The ELT-20000S fixes these issues with three engineering choices: a wide range power module that accepts 220V, 110V and 380V input; a electric heating element with self limiting stable output; and an industrial grade axial fan behind a dust filter. A fuzzy logic controller holds temperature within +/-0.1C and humidity within 2%RH and raises an alarm on any drift.
This single stage setter is used in commercial hatcheries, breeding farms and poultry programs. It suits chicken, duck, goose, quail and turkey eggs by changing the tray type.
Eggs are loaded on trolleys and set in one stage. The controller compares the temperature and humidity sensor readings with the target curve and drives the electric heater, the damper and the humidifier to hold the set point. The turning motor tilts the trays to 45 degrees every two hours. Filtered fresh air enters and stale air leaves through an exhaust duct, so oxygen is replenished and heat is removed at the late stage.
