33600 Egg Single Stage Incubator - Low Power Consumption Setter

The ELT-33600S is a 33600 egg single stage incubator designed to keep the electricity cost per chick low. Its electric heater, 100mm XPS insulated panels and heat recovery damper reduce wasted energy, which matters a lot for hatcheries that run non stop all year.

Problem

Cause

High power use comes from three leaks: thin walls that lose heat, resistance wire heaters that stay on too long, and a damper that dumps warm air instead of reusing it. Together these can double the energy per chick.

The ELT-33600S cuts each leak. electric heating is self limiting, so the element only draws the power needed to hold the set point. Panels of 100mm XPS foam reduce heat loss through the shell.
