38400 Egg Single Stage Incubator - Dust Resistant Durable Cabinet

The ELT-38400H is a 38400 egg single stage incubator built to last in hard conditions. A galvanized steel body with anti-corrosion paint, sealed doors, dust filters and industrial grade fans keep the machine working in hot and dusty farm buildings, season after season.

Problem

In many farms the incubator room is hot and full of dust and feathers. Cheap machines fail within a year: fans seize, heaters burn out and the cabinet rusts. Every breakdown during a set costs a whole batch of eggs.

Cause

Dust clogs light duty fans and makes them overheat. High temperature ages weak heater wire and cheap insulation. Moisture and corrosive litter rust thin painted panels, so the shell loses its sealing and temperature control drifts.

The ELT-38400H answers each cause. Replaceable dust filters protect the industrial axial fans, which are rated for more than 30000 hours. electric heaters resist ageing and do not burn out like thin wire. A galvanized, painted cabinet with sealed doors keeps dust and moisture out. Trays and panels are mounted on quick clips so worn parts can be swapped without tools.
